Tamron 28-200mm f/2.8-5.6 review

by Norwegian ambassador Iver Paulsberg

From the mighty mountains of the Swiss alps to the busy streets of Venezia, I put Tamron to the test to see if their lens would hold up and meet my requirements as the best "to-go-travel-lens".

In this video you will join me, Iver Paulsberg on a mission to discover new and exciting places throughout Europe! With me in the bag I have brought an exciting 28-200mm f/2.8-5.6 lens from Tamron! A lightweight and very versatile lens that I will use to capture those moments that will stay with me forever! Some of them might even end up on a wall somewhere, not only as a reminder to get out and keep exploring, but also to look back at memories of a lifetime!

As a travel photographer I stribe to find equipment that will neither break my back while climbing a mountain, nor the bank as I appreciate having more options on my travels. The Tamron 28-200mm f/2.8-5.6 offers a great range for capturing all kinds of moments, as well as a focal length that will give you the perfect amount of blur for most scenarios. After spending a month on the road, I am confident to say it delivers more than expected! Have a look for yourself and maybe this will also be the perfect lens for you!
