Q&A
- How did you start with photo/film?
I learned everything on my own. When I started this adventure, I had no clue that I was embarking on such a big and amazing journey. My previous work experience allowed me to appreciate independence and self-employment. I swapped a full-time job for my own business, and judging it now in retrospect, it was one of the best decisions of my life. One day I bought a DSLR camera with a filming option, a tripod, a slider and a microphone and started working. A few assignments done for free quickly brought satisfied customers and the referral machine took off. I quickly took care of good marketing and started learning to be a better filmmaker. - How would you describe your style?
My style is a combination of customer expectations and market trends. I do not close myself to any forms. My style is to be effective in what I do, so video effective in creating a marketing campaign. Of course, creativity plays a big role in all this because without it I wouldn't be in this business. In addition to commercial projects, I love to play with images using old lenses or softening or effect filters." - What inspires you?
I have always been inspired primarily by people. In particular, people who make a living and make money doing things they love. I am also inspired by the sheer possibility of creating and creating. Such values give me the freedom and independence to create my own business. In addition, a big place of inspiration is the American market. - What is your dream shoot or project?
It's already happening! On a daily basis, I create inspiring projects that I once never even dreamed of. I work on projects that would interest me even if I wasn't a part of them. I've earned this mainly through patience and consistency in action. More big projects ahead of me! - What is your best advice to others that want to develop as photographers?
